Product Introduction:The NL Type Nylon Ring Gear Coupling is a lightweight flexible coupling consisting of two metal half-couplings with external teeth and an integrally molded nylon internal gear sleeve. Torque is transmitted through the meshing of the nylon internal teeth with the metal external teeth, while offering certain misalignment compensation capability and good vibration damping characteristics. It requires no lubrication and is maintenance-free, making it particularly suitable for low-power, medium-speed transmission systems.

Q2: Does NL coupling require lubrication?

No. The nylon material has self-lubricating properties, so no grease or oil is needed. This makes it maintenance-free and keeps the working environment clean.

Q3: What is the difference between NL and TGL type?

Both are nylon inner gear ring couplings. NL type is the standard series (NL1 to NL10) widely used. TGL type has three configurations: Type A (basic), Type B (inner retaining ring), and Type C (outer retaining ring).
