1. Can you fully customize the leveling foot dimensions (base diameter, screw length & diameter)?

Yes. We offer complete customization for base diameter, screw length, and screw diameter in metric, imperial, and US thread standards. Our in-house CNC and cold heading machines allow us to produce any size without MOQ restrictions.

2. What screw top drive types are available?

Multiple options. Internal hex, external hex, internal square, external square, Phillips cross slot, slotted, and even special designs like circlip rotary or riveted types. All can be cold-headed or CNC-machined per your request.

3. How are the screw and base connected? Can it be customized?

Fully customizable. We offer floating nut, split screw, integrated screw, circlip rotating, cross-hole, hex socket, square socket, slotted, riveted, and direct press types - tailored to your specific application.

4. Do you charge mold fees? Is there a mold fee refund policy?

Cost-saving policy. For standard non-mold products, we provide free fast samples. For mold-required items, we have a mold fee refund program – once your order quantity reaches a certain level, the mold fee is fully refunded. Contact us for details.

5. What surface treatments are available? How is corrosion resistance ensured?

Wide range. Zinc plating, chrome plating, nickel plating, black electrophoretic coating, phosphating, Dacromet, and more. Each process can meet corresponding salt spray test standards (e.g., 72h, 500h, 1000h+). We also apply heat treatment to enhance hardness and performance.

6. Can you customize hole drilling on the base?

Yes for metal bases – holes can be machined at any position and diameter (typically two holes, but special patterns available). For nylon bases, hole positions depend on existing mold dimensions; we can advise accordingly.

7. What are your MOQ requirements for customized leveling feet?

No MOQ restrictions. We accept small quantities. For low-volume orders, the full mold fee applies (refundable later). We are a true custom factory – from one piece to bulk production.

8. Do you provide samples before mass production?

Free fast samples for non-mold products. For mold-required items, we can produce samples after mold making. Sampling is quick, and we conduct strict pre-production testing and inspection to ensure quality.
