Products description:
We've been making leveling feet for furniture for years. Most of them are fine. This one-the CP329KVF-M12.70-48-is the one we spent extra time on. Not because we had to, but because we got tired of seeing furniture come back with problems that could have been solved with better materials and a little more attention.
So here's what we did differently.
The Rust Problem
If you've ever pulled a piece of furniture out of storage and found the feet rusted solid, you know the drill. Cheap plating. Thin coating. It looks fine when it leaves the factory, but a few months in a basement or a kitchen with mopping-and it's done.
We use Q235 carbon steel with zinc plating. The coating is 8 to 12 microns thick. We test every batch with a salt spray chamber. 24 to 48 hours, no white rust. That's not marine-grade, but it's enough for normal indoor use. Damp basements, kitchens, coastal homes-it holds up.
The Crack Problem
Regular plastic feet crack. Drop something heavy on them? Crack. Freezing temperatures during shipping? Crack. Sit under a heavy cabinet for a few years? Stress cracks.
We switched to polypropylene with 30% glass fiber. It's not fancy. But it's three times tougher than standard plastic. We've tested it at -30°C overnight-pulled it out, hit it with a hammer, no cracks. If your furniture goes to cold climates, that matters. If it sits under weight for years, that matters too.
The Sagging Problem
You know what's worse than a wobbly cabinet? One that was level when you installed it, but six months later it's leaning.
We rate this foot for 150 kg static load. That's per foot. Four of them hold 450 kg. Most furniture doesn't come close. But we test every batch at 150 kg for 48 hours. Deformation stays under 0.1 mm. No slow sink. No lean.
The base has a directional screw knob that locks onto the chassis. You can spin it to level the furniture, and once it's set, it doesn't move. No wobble. No shifting.
The Installation Headache
Some leveling feet take forever to install. Thread them in, realize they're off, back them out, try again. Wrenches. Cursing. Lost time.
This one has a cross recess-a standard Phillips head. You can spin it by hand or use a screwdriver. Either way, it's fast. We've had customers tell us it cuts installation time by half compared to the feet they used before.
The threads are fine pitch. That means each turn gives you a smaller height adjustment. You can actually dial it in, instead of overshooting and starting over. And fine threads hold better under vibration-no loosening over time.
The Packaging Thing
We pack them in individual PE bags, then cartons, then pallet wrapped. Inside the carton, we separate them so the stems don't scratch the bases during shipping. It's simple, but it means your furniture arrives looking the way it left.
If you want your logo on the product, we laser mark them. Model number, specs, your brand-whatever helps your customers reorder the right part later. Less confusion. Fewer returns.

Who Buys These
Furniture manufacturers who are tired of service calls. Cabinet makers who want their work to stay level. Distributors who don't want customers coming back with complaints.
If that's you, this foot is worth a try.

Customer satisfaction:

FAQS:
1. What testing do your casters undergo before shipment?
We perform static load tests (150% rated load), dynamic endurance tests (100,000+ cycles), and impact tests. Only products passing all tests are shipped.
2. What is the difference between static and dynamic load capacity?
Static load is weight capacity when stationary; dynamic load is when moving, typically 50–70% of static. We recommend a 4:1 safety margin per ANSI/ICWM standards.
3. How do you prevent PU separation from the wheel core?
We use direct injection molding-liquid PU is injected into deep grooves in the core, forming a chemical and mechanical bond. No delamination, even under heavy use.
4. Can you handle custom specifications?
Yes, we are a factory, not a trader. We customize base plate thickness, bracket welding, thread lengths, finishes, and dimensions. Drawings provided within 48 hours.
5. What corrosion protection do you offer?
304 stainless steel: passes salt spray test with no red rust.
Carbon steel with yellow zinc plating: 48 hours salt spray without red rust.
Special coatings available for extreme environments.
6. What are your small leveling feet (M6–M12) used for?
Ideal for height-adjustable desks, electronics assembly lines, and precision equipment. They eliminate wobble and reduce vibration-related issues.
7. What certifications do you have?
We operate under ISO 9001. Products comply with ANSI/ICWM, RoHS, REACH, and ASTM B117. Third-party test reports (SGS, TÜV) available on request.
8. What is the expected service life?
Under normal industrial use (rated loads, smooth floors, 8-hour daily operation), our casters typically last 3–5 years. Our PU casters pass 20km endurance tests with minimal wear.
