This Reinforced Nylon Insert Tube Ends is made of reinforced nylon material. We can also use glass fiber nylon for better high temperature resistance. The embedded alloy copper has better flexibility. The internal thread can also be made of carbon steel and stainless steel, according to customer needs. The internal thread diameter is M12 and the depth is 22mm. The general insert tube ends have a thread length of 15mm. The 22mm deep length can provide a stronger support strength, no deformation, and stronger pressure resistance. At present, the factory has outer diameters of 19, 25, 32, 38, 40, and 51mm, and the thread size can be purchased according to customer needs. Surface treatment: galvanized (chrome plating and nickel plating are optional).

Yes, you can. We can do the logos by using different printing process.

4.What format ofthe file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF,etc.We will make PDF design for your final confirmation based on technique.
