Products description:
We've been making leveling feet for over a decade. Most of furniture base levelers end up under furniture, cabinets, workbenches, and light equipment. This one-model CP329KVF-M12.40-38-is the one we reach for when a customer says, "I just want something that won't give me trouble."
It's not the fanciest foot we make. But it's the one that quietly works, year after year, without anyone having to think about it.
What's in It
The stem of furniture base levelers is Q235 carbon steel with a zinc coating. We keep the plating between 8 and 12 microns-enough to pass 24 to 48 hours in a salt spray chamber with no white rust. That means it can handle a damp basement, a kitchen that gets mopped weekly, or a workshop with occasional humidity. It won't look new forever, but it also won't turn into a crusty orange mess in six months.
The base is polypropylene mixed with 30% glass fiber. Plain plastic cracks when something heavy drops on it or when the temperature drops. The glass fiber changes that. We've hit these bases with impacts that would shatter standard plastic-they hold. And we've left them in a freezer at -30°C overnight, pulled them out, and they don't get brittle. If your furniture ships to cold regions or sits in an unheated warehouse, that's a real advantage.
How Much It Holds
Rated load is 200 kilograms per foot. Static load, meaning it's designed to sit there holding weight, not being dragged around. Four of these under a cabinet will support 800 kg total-more than most furniture ever needs. But we'd rather build it stronger than have it sag a year later.
We test every batch. Random samples get loaded to 300 kg (1.5 times the rating) and left for 48 hours. Deformation stays under 0.1 mm. They don't slowly sink.
The base of furniture base levelers has a directional screw knob that locks onto the chassis. You can rotate it to level the furniture, and once it's set, it doesn't shift.
Installing and Adjusting
The adjustment screw has a cross recess-a standard Phillips head. You can spin it by hand, or use a screwdriver if things are tight. It cuts installation time roughly in half compared to feet that need a wrench for every turn.
The threads are fine pitch. That means each turn gives you a smaller height change, so you can dial in leveling more precisely. It also holds position better under vibration. Furniture that gets moved around or equipment that runs doesn't slowly lose its level.
The base is hard and stable. No wobble, no leaning. If you've ever had a cabinet rock because one foot compressed or a shelf tilt because the furniture base levelers didn't sit flat, this solves that.
Packaging and Marking
We pack them simply: each foot in a plastic bag, then cartons, then pallet wrapped. Inside the carton, we separate them so the stems don't scratch the bases during shipping.
If you want your logo or model number on the product, we laser mark them. It helps your customers reorder the right part later without guessing.

What People Use These For
We see these a lot under:
Kitchen cabinets and islands
Heavy shelving units
Workbenches in garages and workshops
Light industrial carts and assembly tables
Display stands in retail
In short, anything that needs to sit level on a floor that isn't perfectly flat.
A Few Questions We Get
Can I get these with a different thread size?
Yes. We make custom thread sizes and stem lengths. Minimum order depends on the spec-just ask.
Do you offer a version with a rubber pad?
We do. If you need extra floor protection or vibration damping, we can add a rubber pad to the base.
What's the lead time for a sample?
We keep this model in stock. Samples ship within a couple of days.
Try One
If you're building furniture or equipment and you want a leveling foot that won't turn into a service call later, this one's worth a try.
We'll send a sample. You can put it under something heavy, leave it for a while, and see for yourself.

Customer satisfaction:

FAQS:
1. How do I choose the right caster?
A: Consider three things: load capacity (total weight ÷ number of casters × 1.5 safety factor), floor type (soft floors → PU/rubber; hard floors → nylon/iron), and environment (wet/corrosive → stainless steel). Contact us for free selection help.
2. What's the difference between a leveling foot and a leveling caster?
A:Leveling foot: Stationary support + height adjustment. For equipment that doesn't move.
Leveling caster (FOMA caster): 2-in-1. Wheel for moving, support foot for stationary. Perfect for workbenches and mobile equipment.
3. Do you offer custom sizes?
A:Yes. We customize stem length, thread size, base diameter, materials, colors, and laser logos. Lead time: 3 days for drawing, 7–10 days for sample.
4. What is your warranty?
A:12 months from shipment. Covers manufacturing defects and premature wear. Misuse or overloading excluded.
5. How do I calculate load capacity?
A:Use: (Equipment weight × Safety factor) ÷ Number of units
Safety factor: 1.5 for dynamic use, 2.0 for vibration/impact.
6. What materials are your products made from?
A:Wheels: PU (quiet, non-marking), rubber (shock-absorbing), nylon (hard, chemical-resistant), cast iron (ultra-durable)
Stems/bodies: Carbon steel (zinc/chrome plated), stainless steel 304, nylon with glass fiber
All RoHS and REACH compliant.
7. Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes. We export to 35+ countries in Europe, North America, Asia, South America, and Oceania. Shipping by sea, air, or express (DHL/FedEx/UPS).
8. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:Standard stock items: No MOQ. Sample orders welcome.
Custom/OEM: Typically 500–1000 pieces per size. First-time cooperation can be discussed.
9. How do I install a leveling foot?
A:Screw into threaded hole until snug (don't over-tighten)
Place equipment in position
Adjust each foot to level (use a spirit level)
Tighten the lock nut against the equipment base
10. How do I maintain casters?
A:Clean regularly (remove string/debris)
Lubricate swivel and axle every 6 months
Inspect monthly for wear or noise
Replace wheels with flat spots or cracks promptly
11. What certifications do you have?
A:ISO 9001, RoHS, REACH. Products tested to EN12530 and ISO 22883 standards. Test reports available on request.
