NINGBO, China – You know how it is with some casters for light-duty equipment – they wear out too fast, the wheel covering starts to separate, and suddenly you're replacing them sooner than you hoped. Well, a couple months back, one of our clients in the cleaning equipment industry decided to test our 3-inch swivel PU casters on their walk-behind floor scrubbers.
The feedback's been solid. They told us these casters are just holding up better than what they'd used before. The polyurethane tread seems to wear slower, and the bond between the PU layer and the PP core is really tight – no seperation issues so far. Based on their tests, they figure the overall service life is about 20% longer than some competing casters they've tried.
Obviously, that kind of performance is what any caster buyer or industrial equipment seller wants to hear. About a month after confirming the performance, they started placing repeat orders – we've shipped them 3,000 of these light-duty casters already to keep their production line moving.
