Ever pushed a med cart that squeaks like a dying mouse? Or tried to lock a wheel that just wont lock? Yeah. Thats the daily pain for nurses, biomed techs, and hospital maintenance guys. A bad caster dont just annoy people. It slows down care. It makes noise at 3am. It scratches floors. And when it finally dies, u gotta replace the whole cart or fight with some medical caster supplier who dont answer emails.
So on Sept 29, 2026, NINGBO SHANGXIN CASTER shipped out 9500 pcs of high quality custom medical cart casters. Samples. Not a giant order. But a real one. And it tells u what the market wants.
Here's the breakdown. 5000+ pcs are 2.5 inch swivel and brake medical rubber wheels. 3500 pcs are 3 inch swivel and brake casters. 1000 pcs are 5 inch brake and swivel casters. All with new reinforced ball bearings and reinforced wheel brakes. We didnt just tweak the mold. We beefed up the parts that fail first. The bearing. The brake. The stuff u dont see until it breaks.
Wheel material? Two kinds. PU and TPR. PU for heavier loads, longer wear, smoother roll on hard floors. TPR for quieter rolling, better grip, softer feel on tile and laminate. Different hospitals, different floors, different needs. So we give u both. Wheel core colors? Grey and main body white. Looks clean. Looks medical. Dont look like some cheap industrial caster from a hardware store.
Now the money part. Compared to same size casters on the market, we can hit a 25% cost saving rate over other medical caster manufacturers. Not by cutting corners. By smarter design, better tooling, and years of making this stuff. A lot of hospital caster manufacturers talk about low price. Then u get low quality. We aint doing that. We keep the quality and cut the waste. Thats why medical cart caster suppliers keep coming back to us.
4 years normal running? No problem. We aint saying 10 years. We saying 4 years of daily hospital use. Rolling. Braking. Getting kicked. Getting cleaned with disinfectant. Getting pushed over thresholds and into elevators. Thats real world. And when the equipment finally needs new casters, u can easily swap the wheel to a new one. No need to replace the whole caster set. No need to call a technician. Just pop it off, pop the new one on. Simple. Thats what a real medical wheel supplier should give u.
A lot of customers tell us the same thing. Caster quality is decided by long term use. Not by a spec sheet. Not by a fancy catalog. By what happens after 6 months, 1 year, 2 years. Thats reputation. And reputation aint bought. Its earned. Thats why we dont just sell casters. We solve the pain. The pain of noisy carts. The pain of brakes that fail. The pain of not being able to find a replacement wheel. The pain of paying too much for something that dont last.
So if u are a medical caster manufacturer looking for a reliable partner, or a hospital caster supplier trying to cut costs without cutting quality, or a medical trolley caster manufacturer who needs custom samples fast, talk to NINGBO SHANGXIN CASTER. We ship worldwide. We do custom. We do samples. We do 2.5 inch, 3 inch, 5 inch, PU, TPR, grey core, white core, swivel, brake, you name it.
