Hey everyone, just a quick update from our factory floor here at NINGBO SHANGXIN CASTER. You know that GD60F Leveling Caster everyone's talking about for workbenches? The one that looks like the mainstream top brands? Yeah, we just shipped out a batch-500 units-to our buyers over in Europe at the start of March 2026.
So here's the deal with these casters. They are built like a tank but engineered to move smooth. Each single caster handles a 500kg load. The swivel is flexibility, and we got the offset just right so if you gotta move that heavy machine a few feet in a cramped workshop, it actually turns without fighting you.
The main housing is this high-density, beefy aluminum alloy. Underneath, there's a TPR rubber pad that soaks up vibration if the floor ain't perfect. Big thing for our European friends-this stuff passes California 65, so it's clean environmentally. If the ground is rough or uneven, this housing ain't gonna bend or crack. It takes the pressure.
Also, we gave it some serious anti-corrosion properties. Whether you're using it indoors in a clean shop or outside near the coast, it resists corrosion. We put it through the wringer with international certified tests and our own in-house walking and load tests here at the factory. It holds up.
