So in mid-May, we got to work. On May 15th, the 14th export order of this month left our NINGBO SHANGXIN CASTER factory, heading to Australia. The shipment: one 1.2*1.2M pallet containing 500 pieces of M24 full carbon steel zinc-plated leveling feet, swivel type, 180mm length, 100mm diameter.
Each foot supports a 3-ton load. The end customer needed 72-hour salt spray protection for their large压铸机 (die-casting machine). Our technical team took a fresh approach – new material composition, thicker base plate, reinforced rubber pad. After real tests, we confirmed the product passed the 72-hour salt spray requirement easily.
To ensure on-time delivery, our production and assembly teams worked seamlessly for 15 consecutive days. The quality control team ran random salt spray and load tests for every batch. Any issues were caught before packaging – no exceptions.
