1. 2. Turntable design of heavy-duty casters: Heavy-duty casters usually adopt double-layer steel ball raceway, stamping and heat treatment. For the turntable of special universal wheels, relatively powerful flat ball bearings or flat needle roller bearings are generally used to match the tapered bearings and effectively improve the carrying capacity of heavy-duty wheels. Steel plates are welded on both sides, combined with the impact-resistant structure of flat ball bearings and tapered bearings, and tapered roller bearings are used as secondary load bearings, which can protect the casters to the greatest extent and are suitable for dynamic traction.
3. Heavy-duty caster material: Heavy-duty casters are used for the movement of heavy equipment, so heavy-duty casters usually use hard tire single wheels. Such as iron core packing polyurethane grinding wheel, grinding wheel with rigid cast iron core and precision double ball bearings, strong and durable, strong impact force, stable flat single wheel surface structure, super large wheel width, more flexible, super heavy load and stability, wear resistance , light weight, suitable for F or heavy duty.
4. Heavy-duty caster diameter: the larger the diameter of the caster, the more flexible the principle of rotation. Commonly used specifications are 4-inch casters, 5-inch casters, 6-inch casters, 8-inch casters, 10-inch casters and 12-inch casters. The currently produced 2.5-ton special heavy-duty casters are casters with a diameter of 300mm and a wheel width of 76mm. Of course, you can also customize heavy objects with special specifications.
