Our Low Profile Caster Wheels are made of thickened polyester nylon, PA66 with 30% glass fiber. The 韧劲 (toughness) is off the charts! Designed specifically for low-center-of-gravity equipment, they use solid glass fiber nylon that's really substantial. They can withstand high temperatures up to 120°C and low temperatures down to -30°C. That's amazing!
The bracket of these Low Profile Caster Wheels undergoes black electrophoresis treatment, which resists salt spray for 120 hours. It performs excellently in outdoor or high-humidity conditions. The nylon is of high purity, using new nylon glass fiber, and the load capacity ranges from 350kg to 600kg. Whether it's extreme temperatures, super heavy loads, or rust-prone environments, these wheels outperform regular casters.
We also subject the bracket to quenching, making it much harder. Even if you put a bit more weight on it than recommended, the bracket won't bend. The mounting chassis is designed to be universal, but we can also customize it according to your requirements-LOGO, other custom projects, we can handle them all.

Q: The products look good, how about the quality?
A: We make these products in line. We have standards to make sure the quality is good for it's price. We provide extra accessories for wholesale orders in case something gets damaged in the delivery parcel.

A: It depends. DIY may be easy to someone, and not to someone else. There is an instruction sheet shipped with the product. We also have a video about the install process.
Q: I want wholesale. Is price negotiable?
A: Yes, it's slightly negotiable. We have offered very sincere price in the listing, because we don't want to waste customers time bargaining. However and as always, the more you order, the better price we can offer.
Q: Can I get a sample before I place an order?
A: Yes, as long as you pay for it. But delivery cost of only one sample may be very expensive as the amount does not the minimum requirement for sea shipping. So you or we need to check with delivery agent about freight before buying a sample.
Q: Do you do customization?
A: Sure, we do OEM and ODM, but you have to meet a specific MOQ.
