QI:How long is your delivery time?
A: If the goods are in stock, it usually takes 2~3 working days. Otherwise, it will take 10~15 days for delivery after receiving the deposit and design documents, besides, it will also depend on the quantity of the order.

A: We provide existing samples for free, but the shipping cost will be on your side. For customized samples, we will charge the sample fee, after placing the order, we will refund the sample fee.

in Cixi, Ningbo city, Zhejiang Province.
It takes about 40 minutes from Ningbo Port to our factory; 2.5 hours from Shanghai to our factory.
Q4:Does your factory have design and development capabilities, we need custom products?
A: The staff of our R&D department have rich experience in making caster wheels and other industries, with more than 5-10 years of experience.

A: Western Union, 30% TT deposit before production and 70% pre-shipment bulk order balance.
