Our Low Profile Caster Rollers uses thickened polyester nylon, PA66 plus 30% glass fiber. The toughness is super high! It's made for low-center-of-gravity equipment, so we use solid glass fiber nylon that's really heavy-duty. It can handle high temps up to 120°C and low temps down to -30°C. How cool is that?
The bracket of this Low Profile Caster Rollers is treated with black electrophoresis, resisting salt spray for 120 hours. It's great for outdoor or high-humidity places. The nylon is pure, new material, and the load capacity ranges from 350kg to 600kg. Even extreme temps, heavy loads, or rusty environments can't beat it.
We also quench the bracket, making it super hard. Even if you overload it a bit, the bracket won't bend. The mounting plate is universal, but we can customize it too-LOGO, other stuff, you name it.
