Speaking of weight, these low profile Nylon caster wheels can carry from 350kg up to 600kg. The secret? Super thick nylon material that won't crack or deform. Temperature isn't a problem either - they work perfectly from -30°C to 120°C.
The bracket's just as tough. We use black electrophoresis coating that stands up to salt spray for 120+ hours. Perfect for damp environments or outdoor use. Plus, we hardened the brackets through quenching process - they won't bend even when overloaded.
The mounting plate follows standard design, but we can customize it however you need. Your logo, special holes, different colors - just ask!
