A:Sample time 7-10 days for custom items and 3-5 days for in-stock items.
Sample fee is refundable after placing formal order.
Q:What's your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit before production and the balance before delivery.
L/C, T/T, PayPal are acceptable.
Q:What's your minimum order quantity?
A:For custom belts, 300pcs/style/color.
For in-stock casters, mixed styles and small quantity are also acceptable.
Q:Can you add our own logo on the products?
A:Yes, we can add logos by lasing , engraving, embossing, stamping, printing etc.
We can send you pictures of different logos for your reference.
Q:Could you design the belt for me?
A:Yes, we have a design team at your service.
You can send us your design, or tell us your ideas and then get a pre-production sample.
Or we can send you our current design for your reference and revise the design according to your ideas.
Q:What's your lead time for mass production?
A: About 25-30 days. But it also depends on designs, order quantity, manufacturing processes and so on.
Q:How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A: First, we will send you pre-production samples.
We revise the unsatisfactory parts according to your ideas after you receiving the samples.
