Our Casters for Centrifuges are a core product line developed to meet the specialized needs of heavy-duty laboratory centrifuge equipment. Through structural innovation and material engineering, this series successfully addresses the core conflict between dynamic stability and mobility in high-speed centrifuge equipment.

In centrifuge technology, the centrifugal forces generated during operation can reach tens of thousands of times the force of gravity. This means the caster system must not only support the weight of the equipment but also offset the dynamic side loads caused by high-speed rotation. Our engineering solution utilizes a triple-stability structure: an embedded, vibration-isolating base constructed of high-density NBR rubber effectively absorbs over 80% of vibration energy; a reinforced carbon steel adjustment screw with a self-locking nut mechanism enables millimeter-level leveling; and a heavy-duty universal wheel system with built-in double-row ball bearings ensures smooth movement when the equipment is not in operation.

For example, the GD120S leveling caster has a dynamic load capacity of 1000 kg per wheel, and a four-wheel system can stably support loads exceeding 1000 kg. This model utilizes a wedge-shaped locking mechanism, enabling transitions from mobile to fixed mode within 3 seconds. Once locked, the device's displacement is less than 0.1mm, fully meeting the stringent stability requirements of precision centrifugation experiments. For ultrahigh-speed centrifuge equipment (such as preparative ultracentrifuges), we also offer the GD-80 series heavy-duty solution, featuring an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy body and specialized polyurethane wheels, capable of withstanding dynamic loads up to 20,000 rpm.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
