Our leveling casters series include a die-casting aluminum frame and a steel swivel head, an internal leveling mechanism and a dial with rubber foot pad; our state-of-the-art design allows the equipment to move to the required position, adjust the leveling foot pad downward to level, and make the attached equipment completely static. The cast aluminum frame is coated with ivory powder, and the wheels are made of super strong non marking nylon.

Medical equipment caster fault maintenance knowledge

Medical device caster is a component used in many industries. Its existence plays a very important role. Therefore, we regularly troubleshoot the castors of medical devices as follows:

1. Loosening or sticking of casters of medical devices will lead to regular inspection and repair of "grinding points", especially the tightness of bolts and the amount of lubricating oil. Replacing damaged casters can improve the rolling performance and rotation flexibility of the equipment.

2. Check whether the wheel bearing is damaged. If the parts are not damaged, they can be reassembled and continue to be used. If the wheel is often entangled with foreign objects, it is recommended to assemble a cover to avoid it.

3. After checking and repairing the wheel, determine whether the bolts and nuts are tightened. Use check washers or jam nuts on all bolts whenever possible. If the bolts are loose, tighten them immediately. If the wheel mounted on the bracket is loose, the wheel will be damaged or unable to rotate.

4. Serious damage or looseness of rubber tires may lead to rolling instability, abnormal air leakage load, floor damage, etc. Timely replacement of damaged tires and bearings can reduce the cost loss caused by shutdown due to caster damage.

5. Check and maintain regularly and add lubricating oil to casters and bearings regularly. Add lubricating oil to places prone to friction until some thresholds appear, such as wheel core, thrust washer and roller surface of roller bearing, which can reduce friction, rotate more flexibly and use more conveniently.

Bearing capacity: it determines the weight of the bearing and the size of the wheel, and also affects the casters of medical devices. Ball bearings are suitable for heavier bearings above 180 kg.

Site conditions for the use of medical equipment casters: select a wheel large enough to accommodate the cracks in the scene. Factors such as the size of the pavement used and obstacles shall also be considered.

Special environment: each wheel adapts to different working environment, and selects the wheel most suitable for the special environment. For example, traditional rubber cannot resist acidic oils and chemicals. If you want to apply to different special environments, kesun high-tech polyurethane rubber wheel, plastic wheel, modified bakelite Rubber wheel and steel wheel are good choices.

Flexibility of rotation: the larger the wheel rotates, the less effort. Ball bearings can withstand heavier loads. Ball bearings rotate more flexibly, but bear less load.
