If the use environment cannot be changed due to environmental problems, a layer of paint can be applied to the surface of industrial heavy-duty casters. Good to wipe clean with a paper towel, put it in a dry place for a period of time, and then brush the paint and put it back into use. Color of oxide film: the color should be uniform after blue, and no spots and parts not covered with oxide film are allowed. Due to different surface finish of the same part, or parts with local quenching or welding parts, color difference is allowed. Carbon steel and low alloy steel parts should have uniform black oxide film after bluing. Castings and silicon containing alloy steel parts are allowed to be yellow or brown after flanging.
