The term Leveling casters is widely used in civil and industrial applications, but if you are a working group and do not have any business communication and procurement activities, you may not be directly exposed to such professional titles. It can also be called FOOT CASTER.
As for the application of adjustable leveling caster, it has a wide range and many application fields, such as medical equipment, laboratory equipment, aluminum building materials, office furniture, tool tables, worktables, light to large mechanical equipment, assembly lines, communication equipment, computer rooms, retail cabinets, freezers, 3D printers, consoles and other aspects.
Conventional leveling casters can be divided into GD-F series and GD-S series. GD-F series is caster with square plate, GD-S series is with screw rod, and their application modes are different. GD-S series is only used on casing and tightened by screw rotation. GD-F series are installed in the four corners of the comparison plane, and they can be selected according to different installation functions.
What we want to talk about here is triangle leveling casters. As the name implies, the bottom plate on the original GD series is replaced by TRIANGLE PLATE, which can be directly applied to equipment or aluminum profiles. The installation aperture and bottom plate size of the TRIANGLE PLATE are fixed and configured according to the international standard of aluminum profiles. The product process is spraying plastic on the surface of casters, and the main materials of casters are aluminum, nylon and carbon steel. The material has great toughness, which can support the load-bearing equipment with heavy load.
According to the application of TRIANGLE LEVELING CASTERS，we have GD60SJB,GD80SJB AND GD100SJB. The loading capacity could be 250kgs, 500 kgs and 750 kgs respectively.
