The test simulates the daily use of rolling casters with reciprocating wear. There are two obstacle tests and barrier-free tests. The casters are installed correctly. Put the test platform on the test platform and test each caster with a load of 300N. The test frequency is 6-8 times/minute. The test cycle is determined by the reciprocating movement. 1. After testing, every caster should be able to function normally. After the test is completed, there should be no damage to the rotation of the casters, the rotation of the axles or the brakes.
When a caster moves or controls its driving direction, force must be transmitted to the caster and some resistance must be overcome. The amount of resistance depends on the load, wheel diameter, wheel material, wheel shape and caster rotation. The standard for testing the rolling resistance of Shangxin casters is that the three casters are installed on a fixed three-arm base. According to different test levels, a 300/600/900n test load is placed at the base position, and a horizontal traction wheel speed is applied on the test platform. 50mm/s, maintain for 10s.
Due to the large friction and acceleration of the casting, the horizontal traction force measured after 5 seconds was 15%, which was less than the test load. The rotational resistance test is to install one or more casters on a linear or circular motion tester so that its direction and direction reach 90 degrees. Depending on the test level, 100/200/300n test load is applied to each caster. Use horizontal traction to make the wheel travel at a speed of 2/50 on the test bench and rotate within 2 meters. Record the maximum traction force of the wheel rotation, and its size shall not be greater than 20% of the test load.
