1. Loose SWIVEL casters or stuck wheels will cause flat spots. Regular inspection and maintenance, especially checking the tightness of the bolts and the amount of lubricating oil. Replacing damaged casters can enhance the rolling performance and rotation flexibility of the equipment.
2. Check whether the wheel bearings are damaged. If the parts are not damaged, they can be reassembled and continued to be used. If the wheels are often entangled by debris, it is recommended to install anti-covers to avoid it.
3. After checking and repairing the wheels, make sure the bolts and nuts are tightened. Use anti-loosening washers or anti-loosening nuts on all bolts as much as possible. If the bolts are loose, tighten them immediately. If the wheels installed in the bracket are loose, the wheels will be damaged or unable to rotate.
4. Severe damage or looseness of rubber tires may lead to unstable rolling, abnormal air leakage load and damage to the bottom plate, etc. Timely replacement of damaged tires and bearings can reduce the cost loss caused by downtime due to damage to caster manufacturers.
5. Regular inspection and maintenance Regularly add lubricating oil to casters and bearings. Add lubricating oil to places prone to friction until there is a little sill, such as wheel core, thrust washer, roller surface of roller bearing, which can reduce friction and make rotation more flexible and convenient to use.
Load capacity: determines the weight of the load and the size of the wheel, and also affects the rotation of industrial casters. Ball bearings are suitable for heavier load requirements above 180 kg.
Site conditions: Choose a wheel that is large enough to adapt to the cracks in the scene. Also consider the size of the road surface, obstacles and other factors.
Other environments: Each wheel is suitable for different working environments, and choose the best one to adapt to other environments. For example, traditional rubber is not resistant to acid, oil and chemicals. If you want to apply to different other environments, polyurethane rubber wheels, plastic wheels, modified bakelite rubber wheels and steel wheels are good choices.
Flexibility of rotation: The larger the wheel, the less effort it takes to rotate. Ball bearings can carry heavier loads. Ball bearings are more flexible but carry less load.
Temperature limit: Severe cold and heat can cause trouble for many wheels. If casters are lubricated with green grease, they can be used in temperatures from -40°C to 165°C.
