Polyurethane wheels and high-strength polyurethane wheels can meet your handling requirements whether they are driven on indoor or outdoor ground; high-strength artificial rubber wheels are mainly suitable for driving on grounds that require low noise and quietness when walking, such as hotels, floors, wooden floors, and tile floors; nylon casters and iron wheels are suitable for places with uneven ground or iron filings on the ground; and air wheels are suitable for light loads and soft and uneven road surfaces.
Temperature conditions: Severe cold and high temperature situations have a great impact on casters. Polyurethane wheels can rotate flexibly at low temperatures of minus 45°C, and can withstand high temperatures. Wheels can rotate easily at high temperatures of 275°C. Determine the load capacity that a single caster needs to achieve according to the designed load capacity. The load-bearing capacity of caster manufacturers is a key and basic requirement for casters, and the actual use conditions vary greatly. Therefore, when choosing the load-bearing capacity of casters, some security margins should be left. Taking the more commonly used four-wheel installation as an example, it can generally be selected according to the following two methods: Select according to three casters bearing all the weight.
One of the casters is suspended in the air. This method is suitable for the situation where the casters are subjected to large impact and the ground conditions are poor during cargo transportation or equipment movement, especially when the total weight is large. Select according to 200% of the total weight borne by the four casters. This method is suitable for the situation where the ground conditions are good, cargo transportation or equipment is stationary. It should be pointed out that for those casters that are subject to great impact, not only should casters with large load-bearing capacity be selected, but also specially designed impact-resistant structures should be selected.
