Determine the load capacity that a single caster needs to achieve according to the designed load capacity. One of the casters is suspended in the air. This method is suitable for the situation where the casters are subjected to large impact and the ground conditions are poor during cargo transportation or equipment movement, especially when the total weight is large. Select according to 200% of the total weight borne by the four casters. This method is suitable for the situation where the ground conditions are good, cargo transportation or equipment is stationary. It should be pointed out that for those casters that are subject to great impact, not only should casters with large load-bearing capacity be selected, but also specially designed impact-resistant structures should be selected.
