New Stair-Climbing Utility Shopping Carts - Now Even Better!

 

Hey folks, we've got something really cool from NINGBO SHANGXIN CASTER - our updated Utility Shopping Carts! We've made some changes that I think you'll love.

 

So here's the deal - we kept the awesome triangular triple-wheel system in the back that makes stair climbing actually easy. But get this - we switched out the front wheels for simple aluminum support bars instead. Yeah, you heard right! Now you just pull it behind you insted of pushing. It's actually way easier to control, specially on stairs.

 

These Utility Shopping Carts are still super light (thanks to the aluminum frame) and fold up nice and small. The seat cover is still there for when you need to take a break. We're packing each one in thick retail boxes so stores can just put them right on the shelf.

 

Honestly, for people who live in apartments or have to deal with stairs regulary, these Utility Shopping Carts are gonna make life so much simpler. Carrying groceries up those steps won't be such a pain anymore!

1 What's your product material?

 Steel, stainless steel, cast iron, rubber, aluminum, polyurethane, PA, PP, TPR and etc.

 

2 How are the goods being packed?

Mostly by cartons, heavy items are packed by wooden case and packed to the wooden pallet.

 

3 What are the payment terms I can get?

TT or L/C etc.

 

4 What kind of finish do you provide for your goods?

Electro galvanized, chrome plated, hot dip galvanized, painting or powder coating is available.

 

5, What is the loading capacity?

In general, we have light duty(20~70kg) model, medium duty(70~150kg) model and heavy duty (150~450kg) , and super heavy duty(500~10 tons) models available for your choice.

 

6 I have not much experience with casters and accessories products, any recommendations?

You could either choose from our hundreds of standard products or provide relevant information so we could design for you.

 

7 I like your design, but couldn't find the right model from the products list, is a custom size available?

Yes, we do custom products and projects.

 

8 I would like to have my own design products and qty is not that big, is it ok?

Yes, we can go with your custom design, no matter the small or big qty, however, pls understand the cost will be different.

 

9 I don't have drawings or pictures available for the custom products, could you design them for me?

Yes, we can make the best suitable design for you but do need to know the details - such as

a) dimension b) loading capacity c)stackability d)operation environment e)what kind of stuff will be loaded in, etc.

 

10 What is your average production lead time?

2-3 weeks against formal order and deposit.

 

11 Do I get any guarantee from your company?

--- 1-2 years warranty in case that

A) Proper handling during operation, correct forklift handling while stacking/un-stacking

B) Overloading is prohibited

C) Environment request –indoor, dry, and not humid circumstances, do not contact with any corrosive chemical material (for zinc plated and powder coated products, no limitation for hot dip galvanized)

 

12 What happens in case any quality problem is identified after arrival?

We take full responsibility for any manufacturing defect and would either refund or reship good products to you.
