In preparation for bulk production, the company subjected the casters to an ultra-demanding drop test, far exceeding standard airport caster testing requirements. A 40kg weight was dropped from a 1-meter height onto the caster-significantly harsher than typical industry conditions. Despite the extreme impact, the caster showed no deformation, structural bending, or wheel damage, proving its superior strength and engineering.
