Double wheel series: as the name implies, it is a caster with two wheels.In a sense, CP50 series can be said to be a super enhanced version of cp44 series! We have increased the thickness of square plate and bracket to 20 mm and 16 mm, so that the bearing capacity becomes higher and more stable. You who have high requirements on the bearing capacity of casters should not be missed!
At present, the CP50 series is available in 4 inch sizes of 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch and 12 inch. It is equipped with directional and flat top universal mounting methods. There are three matching double wheels, including polyurethane iron core, polyurethane aluminum core and cast iron wheel. It can be used in all kinds of heavy duty vehicle, heavy machinery and heavy duty caster load under bad conditions. Application fields include logistics equipment, mining, engineering equipment, large production line, storage, etc.
Cp119 single wheel adopts high strength polyurethane (TPU) material with cast iron inner core and double ball bearing, which has higher bearing capacity and more flexible rotation. TPU silent tread with cast iron inner core material has stronger impact resistance, and single wheel dynamic load-bearing can reach 5 tons. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor conventional ground, workshop epoxy floor and other ground environment. It is commonly used in heavy storage equipment, super heavy shelf, food distribution equipment, heavy packaging machinery and equipment, turnover vehicle, storage cage, etc.
Cp176 single wheel is made of super wear-resistant nylon (MC) with double ball bearings. It has super bearing capacity, excellent starting and walking ability, flexible rotation and outstanding chemical resistance. The single wheel dynamic load-bearing can reach 6 tons, which is mostly used in outdoor environment or indoor cement floor. The scope of application involves heavy shelves, large machinery and equipment, heavy tool vehicles, logistics handling equipment, etc.
