What should be done to the pallet when the caster is imported and exported

When the casters are imported and exported, they will be packaged. When the casters are imported and exported, we all know that they are neat, sealed, packed and put into containers on pallets. These seemingly ordinary pallets are different from ordinary pallets. These pallets are fumigation pallets. The products of Shangxin castors are exported to overseas countries, among which the United States, Canada, European Union, Japan and Australia require fumigation treatment for wood packaging materials exported from China. I'll tell you why these wooden pallets are fumigated.

  In the international trade of castor import and export, in order to protect their own resources, countries implement compulsory quarantine system on imported goods. Wooden packaging fumigation tray (disinfection) is a compulsory measure to prevent harmful diseases and insect pests from harming forest resources in importing countries. Therefore, the export goods containing wood packaging must be treated before shipment, and fumigation tray (disinfection) is one of the ways of pest control.

There are two main fumigation methods, one is thermal fumigation, the other is chemical fumigation.
   For thermal fumigation, the central temperature of wood should reach 56oc and be kept for at least 30 minutes. For chemical fumigation, the wood packaging must be fumigated in a closed place at the prescribed dose of methyl bromide and other fumigants for at least 16 hours, and then placed in the ventilation to reduce the concentration of fumigant below the safe concentration.
  After any of the above treatments, a clear and permanent mark should be marked on the visible position of each commodity in the wooden package, preferably on both sides of each commodity. This mark needs to be recognized by the International Plant Protection Convention to prove that the wood packaging has been treated as required. A mark must include the IPPC specific mark, the ISO standard country code, the unique number issued by the plant protection agency of the country to the wood packaging manufacturer, and the abbreviation for the treatment method. Fumigation tray products generally meet the entry and environmental protection requirements of all countries in the world, and can be directly cleared in the importing country without any procedures. Only for the United States and Canada, the official fumigation certificate must be issued.
In addition to fumigation treatment, these fumigation trays also have some other requirements:
1. The wood package shall not contain bark.
2. The wood packaging materials treated by fumigation (disinfection) should be shipped as soon as possible, and should be stored separately and isolated from other untreated wood products and wood.
3. The validity period of fumigation wooden box (disinfection) certificate is 21 days.
