Product Description
Our low-center-of-gravity casters are available in four sizes: 1.5 inches, 2 inches, 2.5 inches and 3 inches. They can carry up to 600 kg and have unique advantages and features.
(1) The bead track is carburized and heat-treated to increase the track's hardness and service life, making it lighter to rotate.
(2) Environmentally friendly galvanizing or electrophoresis.
(3) Super-tough nylon and glass fiber wheels can better resist impact and have minimal long-term static pressure deformation. They are particularly suitable for commercial cabinets, computer server cabinets, medical equipment workbenches and production equipment. The wheels are made of glass fiber reinforced nylon, which is more durable.
(4) Heavy-duty load-bearing casters that can withstand the weight of large machinery, are durable, and rotate smoothly during transportation. Not prone to deformation due to long-term fixed use.
(5) CP56S-LP uses electrophoretic black paint and reinforced nylon for wheels, which is more durable; double ball bearings, more flexible and quiet; the installation height of D63 is 94, the installation height of D75 is 105, the installation hole diameter is 11mm, and the load capacity is 600KG (single wheel).
Note: This series of low-center-of-gravity casters has been newly developed to have a better silent effect, leave no traces when walking, and protect the ground with polyurethane style, as well as MC nylon style with higher load-bearing performance, considering special application scenarios.
