Especially the wheel surface part, we can use TPE material to maintain the silent effect when running on the ground. Although this caster is small, we still use double ball bearings. While most in the industry still use ordinary screws as bearings, we have fully optimized the caster's appearance and functionality.

 

The manufacturing of these 2.5 Inch PU Casters For Medical Furniture requires nearly 20 processes; for the top screw rod design, we can use CNC machine tools to control the diameter error of the screw within 0.1mm. The wheel surface is made of new TPE material, and the wheel core is made of new PP material. Before production is completed, we will conduct batch testing on pre-production samples. The products can meet the REACH210 and ROHS environmental testing requirements, and can pass CE certification.
