This swivel stud leveling foot is made entirely of high-quality carbon steel, with a coarse thread design on the screw. It is chrome-plated in an outsourced electroplating factory. It has a high-strength, anti-oxidation multi-layer thickened coating, which can meet at least 48 hours of salt spray test level and 5% salt spray concentration. The chassis of the swivel stud leveling foot adopts a cold-beating process, and also adopts an integrated chrome plating process. The chassis is thick, and the diameter can also meet the load-bearing of different weight equipment according to customer needs. The maximum screw diameter we can achieve is a coarse thread screw of the M30 standard. The chassis can choose a diameter range of 150-200mm, and its actual load can reach more than 20 tons, which can basically meet the requirements of any ultra-heavy processing equipment.
