GD60F Leveling Casters - The Real Workhorse
Okay so we've gotta talk about these GD60F leveling casters everyone's been ordering lately. Honestly they're not the flashiest product we make but man do they get the job done. Each one holds up to 250kg which is pretty impressive for this size, and we've got both rear-thread and center-thread versions depending on what works for your setup.
You know where we're seeing these used a lot? Like in university labs - those mobile instrument carts need to stay super steady when they're taking measurements. And in auto repair shops - for those heavy tool cabinets that mechanics are constantly moving around. Even in commercial bakeries where they've got these massive mixing stations that need to be wheeled around but also stay perfectly level during operation.
The mounting's pretty standard - 73x73mm plate with 7mm holes, fits most equipment bases. What's cool is the rubber base doesn't mark up floors, which our customers in retail spaces really appreciate. Oh and yeah we can ship these without any branding if you want - lots of our OEM clients prefer it that way.
Funny thing is these casters account for nearly 20% of our leveling caster sales. Not because they're fancy, but because they're reliable. Sometimes you just need something that works day in and day out without any drama.
