Our GD-80F model can handle 500kg per caster, and a set of four supports a full ton of equipment. I get that you're using these on big CNC machines and sheet metal equipment, where stability is absolutely critical.
So how do we make these things? We use new PA material for the wheels, molded really tight with the aluminum housing. They swivel smoothly but not too freely – let's be honest, with heavy equipment you only move it occasionally, and you want controlled movement, not super flexibility. Uneven floors? The NBR damping pad inside helps with that, and the aluminum housing is thick enough that it won't deform easily.
