There are generally four methods to extend the service life of industrial casters:
1. Load capacity determines the weight of the load. The size of the wheel also affects the rotation of industrial casters. Ball bearings are suitable for heavy load requirements above 180 kg.
2. Use the conditions of the site to choose a wheel that is large enough to adapt to the cracks on the site. Factors such as the scale of use of the road and obstacles also need to be considered.
3. In particular, each caster adapts to different working conditions and is selected to adapt to special environments. For example, traditional rubber does not contain acidic oils and chemicals and is suitable for different special environments. High-tech polyurethane rubber wheels, plastic wheels, rubber and bakelite modified steel wheels are a good choice.
4. The greater the rotation of the rotating flexible wheel, the greater the load carried by the ball bearing, and the ball bearing is more flexible but lighter in weight. Temperature extremes, severe cold and hot summers can cause trouble for many wheels. If the casters use special green grease, the casters can be applied to high temperatures from 40 degrees Celsius to 165 degrees Celsius.
