The user is responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of wheeled equipment. To avoid improper use of equipment or equipment, overloading, especially to put on the car. High speed driving on rough roads or heavy objects impacting on wheels will cause damage to wheels or equipment. Therefore, please check regularly:
Bracket and fastener
Tighten the loose axle and nut and check the weld or support plate for damage. Overloading or impact can cause the bracket to twist. The twisted bracket makes the heavy load incline to press on the individual wheel, which leads to the premature failure of the wheel. If it is a customized industrial caster, the nut should be tightened or riveted firmly to ensure that the equipment mounting bracket is not bent and the inserting rod is installed correctly. When installing customized industrial castors, lock nuts or lock washers should be used. The customized installation of expandable rod type industrial caster should ensure that the inserting rod is firmly installed in the casing.
Lubrication: regular lubrication, wheels and moving bearings can be used for a long time. Applying grease to the friction parts of the axle, seal ring and roller bearing can reduce the friction and make the rotation more flexible. Lubrication is normally carried out every six months. The wheels of the car should be lubricated after monthly cleaning.
Wheel
Visual inspection of wheel wear. The poor rotation of the wheel is related to fine red, rope and other debris. The anti wrapping cover can shade the entanglement of these sundries. Too loose or tight industrial caster customization is another factor. Replace damaged wheel / industrial caster customization to avoid unstable rotation. After checking and replacing the wheel, make sure to tighten the axle with locking gasket and nut. Because the wheel axle looseness will cause the wheel frame to rub with the bracket and get stuck. Replacement wheels and bearings should be available to avoid production losses.
Customized industrial caster: if the movable steering is too loose, it must be replaced immediately. If the customized center rivet of industrial caster is fixed by nut, it must be firmly locked. If the movable steering cannot rotate freely, check the ball for corrosion or dirt. If the fixed industrial caster is assembled, the customized bracket of industrial caster must be free from bending.
