1. The size of the caster has a certain effect on pushing and pulling
Usually five-inch and six-inch casters will be easier to push and pull, and it will be more labor-saving, so the general trolleys use five-inch and six-inch trolley casters. Everyone should note that the larger the diameter of the caster, the more labor-saving the push and pull, but it is moved. The goods will be more strenuous, so we have to weigh them. 2. Caster bracket
Different caster materials, different installation methods, such as screw casters, directly inserted, and flat plate installation must be locked with screws, but can not affect the rotation.
3. Caster bearings
When the caster bearing is installed, the caster rotating motion bearing must always be vertical. This is the basic requirement, so that the installation is easier to push and pull, but there are many caster bearings. You can refer to "Six Common Caster Bearing Types".
4. Installation under special environment
Outdoors, coastal areas, areas with strong corrosiveness and/or harsh service conditions. The efficiency of casters will decrease, especially when the operating temperature is lower or higher than the above data, the listed normal load capacity may be affected.
