The socket of the bottom beam is cut and bent by a mold on a punch press. When installing, you only need to drill a screw hole in the bottom beam for installing limit screws, and there is no need to drill holes on the caster top plate. When installing, just push the top plate of the caster into the socket of the reinforcement plate of the bottom beam, and screw the upper limit screw.
1. Under normal circumstances, you can first move the pallet box to the left and right ends, use the opening and closing nuts to check the accuracy of the lead screw several times with the naked eye, and then use the test instrument to calibrate after preliminary adjustments.
2. Adjust the left and right support sleeves of the measuring device to an appropriate distance, and fix it on the longitudinal dovetail guide rail of the large pallet by using a wrench.
3. According to the horizontal width of the large carriage, adjust the hollow tie rod left and right simultaneously, and then clamp it with a nut. Then fix it on the small lead screw according to the parallel distance between the large lead screw and the guide rail of the bed.
