 Caster installation, first of all, you should have an understanding of each structure of the caster, so that you can better install it. The bottom type caster must be matched with the upper and lower splint of caster to complete the installation and normal use on the equipment. In general, a floor type caster is equipped with two sets of castor upper and lower splints, which are generally plated with color zinc. After getting all the accessories, first understand the overall structure of the equipment, and then install the casters. Rotate the lifting turntable clockwise, and the fixed base will move upward. Rotate the lifting turntable of each wheel to make the fixed base of each wheel leave the ground, and ensure that all moving rollers are on the ground. At this time, it is convenient to move the equipment to the required position.First place an upper splint between the two devices, then align a lower splint to the position directly below the upper splint, and place the caster at the bottom of the splint. Then, thread the screw from the upper splint along the direction of the lower splint, and then tighten the nut. The other set of splint can also be installed in the same way. After moving the equipment to the required position, lower the lifting turntable anticlockwise and lift the moving roller to make the fixed base contact with the ground, so that the equipment is basically fixed. At this time, use the level to measure whether the equipment is level. The height of each part of the equipment can be adjusted through the lifting turntable. After the lifting turntable is adjusted to the appropriate position, the rotation of each part can be stopped to ensure that the test equipment is installed when it is in a horizontal state.
