1. Size selection of logistics vehicle casters

For example, Chinese supermarket carts mainly use 5, 4 inch casters. At present, the popular casters on the market are from 1 to 10 inches in size, such as Huiyi casters, usually 2 inches, 2.5 inches, 3 inches, 4 inches, 5 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches, 12 inches, etc., usually It needs to be promoted, such as supermarket shopping carts, logistics giant wheels, etc. Tool carts are equipped with 4-6 inch casters. In high-temperature occasions, casters made of high-temperature phenolic resin or cast iron wheels or high-temperature resistant nylon wheels should be used to avoid thermal deformation of the casters and prevent them from working properly. In cold regions, industrial casters with larger tolerances are suitable to avoid cold cracking due to cold shrinkage. Cast iron wheels should be used where there are more nails or glass. On uneven ground with uneven ground, casters with large wheel diameter and strong impact resistance should be used.
