After we purchase suitable casters, don't forget to check whether the casters are damaged regularly to avoid unnecessary losses. Here are some ways to check whether the casters can operate normally.
1. Whether the point or bottom plate is broken.
2. Are the nuts and bolts loose?
3. Check the structural deformation of the equipment due to overload or violent impact. Uneven distribution of the weight of heavy objects on one or two swivel casters will cause the swivel casters to deform and prevent the wheels from rotating.
4. If it is a swivel caster equipped with a plug-in rod, make sure that the installation hole of the device is not curved and is tightly connected with the plug-in rod.
5. Use lock nuts or lock washers to install casters.
6. Confirm whether the installation position of the expansion rubber sleeve is tightened in place.
