1. Use casters with high-grade bearings. Such casters can rotate flexibly and the natural rotation speed will be guaranteed.
2. Adding lubricating oil to the running parts of the casters can ensure the flexibility of the rotating parts of the casters, which is also of great help to the improvement of the rotating speed.
3. The surface hardness of the casters should not be too soft. Too soft casters will cause greater friction with the ground, thereby slowing down the running speed.
4. Choose a caster with a slightly larger wheel diameter, so that the distance for the caster to turn in one circle is also large, and the natural speed is faster than that of a caster with a small wheel diameter.
In order to improve work efficiency, some customers blindly speed up the casters. This is actually incorrect. The caster speed is not as fast as possible. Safety should be the first priority, consistent with the walking speed, and the speed should be increased appropriately if necessary.
