Ok, talk casters. The LOAD thing everybody gets wrong.
So you got a machine, a cart, something heavy. You look at caster specs. See "Load Capacity 600kg" and think "perfect". Then it breaks in 3 months. Why? Coz that number is usually Static Load – what it holds when parked. The REAL number that matters? Dynamic Load. That's what it takes rolling over cracks, bumps, small hells on your factory floor.
Static = standing on a scale.
Dynamic = jumping on that scale. Way more force.

Cheap PU/PP casters – they use big static numbers to sell. Their dynamic rating is low, structure weak. So you move 300kg, hit a join in the concrete... crack. Swivel seizes. Downtime. Annoying.
Here's what we do diff at NINGBO SHANGXIN (tbh, it's simple stuff but nobody does it right):
Material – Not all PU is same. Theirs? Often blended or recycled core. Gets brittle fast. Ours – full virgin PU tread (wears slow, grips floor), reinforced PP hub. No filler. Bond is chemical, not just glue. Won't separate.
Design – Look inside. Their wheel wall is thin everywhere. Ours is thicker near hub where stress concentrates. Swivel? Many use single ball race. We use double ball race as standard – lasts way longer, turns smooth under load. Fork is reinforced twin steel plate, not single stamped thing that bends.
How we calc – We test dynamic for real. On rough ground. So our "450kg dynamic" rating is TRUE for moving weight. Not a fantasy number.
Real case – A client in Shenzhen, metal parts workshop. Used generic PU casters on 400kg welding carts. Wheels cracked every 6-8 months, swivels jammed with metal dust. Switched to ours (model SHX-PU08). 2 years now, same set. Just grease swivel once a year. Their guy said "we finally stopped worrying about wheels". That's the point – no surprise failures.
So if you're sizing – Take total weight, divide by (casters minus 1), ADD 30% margin for bumps. That number must be LESS than the DYNAMIC load rating. Not the static. That's it.
We ain't the cheapest. But your cost-per-year is lower coz they don't die. Solves the real pain: stopping production just to replace a broken wheel.
Key words: caster load rating static dynamic difference, pu wheel crack problem, heavy duty caster manufacturer china, industrial caster real capacity, caster swivel jam fix, shangxin caster review
