This high-quality round edged polyurethane cast iron caster has the ultimate durability and can move smoothly on a variety of surfaces. Pressed steel double ball bearings are designed to withstand strict use. The heavy-duty design makes the caster an ideal choice for trolleys used in factories, engineering projects, automobile factories, textile factories, etc. Casters are sold separately and each caster supports up to 600kgs.

 

 

Features:

This Round PU Tread Iron Core Fixed Casters belongs to the Korean caster series. It has the following advantages and features

1 PU wheel surface, with high strength and wear resistance, and the thickened PU surface further extends the service life of the wheel surface. Compared with the smooth wheel surface of the same size, the service life can be extended by 1/3.

2 The fixed style bracket has no bearing double glass plate and no more complicated structure. In addition, both sides of the bracket have been centrally welded, so that the entire bracket can have a greater load capacity than the movable caster; so we usually reduce the thickness of the fixed bracket a little bit, and under the same load condition, it can reach the same load as the movable caster, which greatly saves the procurement cost;

3 We customize the hardness of the PU wheel surface according to customer requirements, and the hardness can reach 98 SHORE A level, which will save time and effort.
