6 inch Trolley Stopper Floor Locks are designed to hold the load on a flat surface. Floor locks are in no way designed to lift loads. Its specific purpose is to apply pressure to the floor through the rubber pad at the bottom of the floor lock. Our floor locks are spring loaded, which allows the shoe to move a little further than roller height when the pedal is depressed.

Floor locks are designed for use on level surfaces and are not recommended for use on sloped surfaces.
