Generally speaking, heavy caster running at high speed on rough road surface or heavy load impacting on wheel will cause damage to wheel or equipment. Therefore, the bracket and fastener should be checked regularly. Tighten the loose axle and nut and check the weld or support plate for damage. Overloading or impact can cause deformation of the bracket. The deformation of the bracket makes the heavy load incline to press on the individual wheel, which leads to the premature failure of the wheel. For ordinary plug-in castors, the nuts should be tightened or riveted firmly to ensure that the equipment support is not bent and the inserting rod is installed correctly. Lock nut or lock washer should be used when assembling caster. The device of expansion plug type caster shall ensure that the inserting rod is firmly installed in the casing.
