PU material can have longer wear resistance, stable chemical properties, hardness can be adjusted according to customer needs, and the highest hardness can reach SHORE 98A. This product can be widely used in medical beauty, beds, medical equipment, laboratory equipment facilities, testing equipment, etc.

 

Why do hospitals use two-wheel design? First, it has a more stable walking effect than a single wheel; second, the overall protection effect of the wheel is stronger than that of a single wheel; this caster for hospital stretchers with brake uses M12 screw design, which is suitable for 12.7mm aperture installation, and the default length is 25mm. The screw length can also be customized according to customer needs.

 

We use brand new PP and nylon materials for this caster. If you only focus on price, the product is likely to have quality problems such as broken wheels, and the bracket will not always maintain good results.
