1. Are you a manufacturer, or trading company ?
We are manufacturer. This is a new web shop specialized for our stock products. To know more of our factory, you can visit our factory website or welcome you to visit our factory.

2. Wha't is your MOQ ?
All the products posted in this shop are in stock. Normally, MOQ is 1 pieces. But to cover the shipping cost to your country, wedo suggest the most reasonable MOQ for your reference.

3. Could you provide Dropshipping?

4. What is the delivery day?
We do have the main material in stock. Normally, we can fast delivery (with 3-7 days) for stock products. Sometime we need produce by the stock material. Production cycle will be within 10-15 days. In case any custom packing or custom design, we can discuss the delivery case by case.

5. Before start the order, how can I know if the sample meet what I need?
Welcome to ask for the sample, we can send the samples by courier. You may need pay a small charge for the initial samples. But the sample cost can be refund after you confirm the bulk order.
