Q2: How do you address the defective products?
We respect all the feedbacks from our customers. Please feel free to let us know if you meet any problem. We provide one year warranty for our products. If you find defectives, just let us know the quantity and provide us some pictures and videos. We will provide replacement for spare parts and full machine in the next order.

The pictures and videos also can help us to check what the problem is and how to avoid in the future orders.

Q3:Can I get some samples? And what is the timing?

A:Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge some sample cost and will return it during the next order, or sometime we charge for free when neccessary.

Q4:Where is your factory? Can I visit?

A:Our factory is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang. Only 2-3 hours drive to Hangzhou or Shanghai. Warmly welcome you to visit us whenever you are available.
