The Stainless Steel Leveling Foot That Finally Kills the Imported Price Tag – Now for Testing Chambers

I'm not going to write this like a catalog page. I'll just say it the way I'd explain it to a customer.

This foot is for testing chambers. Environmental chambers. Humidity chambers. Thermal shock units. Walk-in rooms. Lab ovens. Whatever name you use.

The problem is always the same. The chamber is heavy. The floor isn't flat. You bolt it down, then find out it's not level. And by then there's no room to turn the whole foot. You can't lift the chamber. You can't get a wrench in there. It's a pain.

So we made a foot that lets you adjust after installation.

Specs:

M16 thread, 150mm long

75mm base, solid stainless

Full SS304. Base plate too. Not just the stem.

Hex top: 10mm width, 20mm length

Load capacity: 800 kg

Milled flats on both sides above the thread

The milled flats are the useful part. You can put a thin wrench on them from the side. The hex top lets you adjust from above. So if the chamber is already in place, you still have two ways to level it. No lifting. No crowbar.

Why SS304?

Because testing chambers are wet. Condensation. Humidity. Cold. Heat. Sometimes chemicals. Carbon steel rusts. Plated feet flake and then rust. SS304 costs more, but there's no coating to fail. No hidden corrosion. It stays clean and it stays strong.

Is this a KIPP copy? No. We looked at the German original. It's a good design. But we changed a few things: the adjustment access, the hex size, the milling. Then we priced it at roughly one-fifth of the imported version. We're the factory, so we can do that.
