The threads are manufacured to metric standards, and the company can also produce inperial or American threads according to customers needs. The number of threads per inch can be produced strictly according to customer needs. In addition , the movable but at the upper end of the thread and the fixed hexagonal nut below can be custerminz according to customers.

 

Threads are produced in CNC machines with gringding daily basis. The threaded lower end of fixing hexagon and the bottom ball head are all finished and cold punched, and fixed with the chassis. Within the movable adjustment angle of within 25°, large equipment can be easily supported by it, with a load capacity of more than 10 tons. According to the tooth pattern, we can provide M8, M10, M12, M14, M16 and M20. etc. The chassis can be provided in 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 200mm, etc.
