Introduction:

 

Fixed Leveling Feet is one of the two series of adjustment feet. Our Fixed Leveling Feet has all-carbon steel adjustment feet, nylon chassis adjustment feet, and all-SS304 adjustment feet. In any case, we will use nitrile rubber foot pads as the default option for customers. We try to use materials as close to the customer's size as possible. For example, if the customer needs a 50mm diameter chassis, we will make it 48-49mm, so that the metal chassis we produce and process can directly use 50mm carbon steel round bars, instead of using 60mm round bars for CNC cutting. This can save a lot of cost, save customers' cost procurement, and also save freight. However, for customers with particularly strict requirements, we will choose to meet all customized needs of customers, even new product requirements.

 

Fixed Leveling Feet can be light tables and chairs with a load of more than ten kilograms, and heavy ones can reach more than 20 tons. Compared with the handling of caster products, the life is much better than that of caster products, and it can easily meet the service life limit.

Select according to the use environment and place:

1) The second factor to be considered is the workplace and the use environment. We need to choose different foot cups for different use environments.

2) For corrosive places, the foot cup made of stainless steel with better corrosion resistance should be selected.

3) For medicine and food factory workshops, foot cup products made of easier cleaning and environmental protection materials should be selected.

4) For the game equipment in children's place, it should be better stressed, and the product safety factor (1.35 or above recommended) should be increased to select the product.

5) The universal foot cup shall be selected for all inclined workgrounds or equipment with high requirements for ground level.

6) For the working condition of high temperature environment, all carbon steel or all stainless steel products should be selected. It is forbidden to select foot cup with rubber pad base.

7) For the working condition with motor running and vibration during operation, the foot cup with rubber shockproof pad shall be selected, or

8) Choose the Shockproof foot cup with rubber base.

3. Determine according to stroke adjustment:

The leveling foot is used in industrial equipment, and the caster products are generally used at the same time. In the absence of special requirements and design, the total height of the foot cup should be at least 35mm higher than the installation height of the caster, so as to have an adjustment stroke of about 15mm.

 

According to the use environment and its place to select:

(1) Work and use environment is an important factor to consider, for different use environment, we need to choose different foot cup.

(2) For corrosive places, the foot cup made of stainless steel with good corrosion resistance should be selected.

(3) For the food factory workshop, should choose easy to clean, environmental protection material production foot cup product.

(4) For children's play equipment, we should choose good stress, and increase the product safety factor (recommended or above) to select products.

(5) For the workplace to have tilt, or equipment for the ground level requirements, should choose universal foot cup.

(6) For the working condition of high temperature environment, all carbon steel or all stainless steel products should be selected, and the foot cup with rubber pad base is prohibited.

(7) The foot cup with rubber shockproof pad should be selected for the working condition with motor running and vibration

(8) Shockproof foot cup with rubber base is selected.
