4. Seriously damaged or loose rubber tires may cause unstable rolling, air leakage loads and floor damage. Timely replacement of damaged tires and bearings can reduce lost costs due to downtime and waste.
5. Regular inspection and maintenance, add lubricating oil and bearing casters regularly add lubricating oil, the friction is easy in the area, until there are several slots, such as the wheel core, thrust washer and bearing surface, which can reduce friction, more flexible and easy to use rotation. After that, determine whether the bolts and nuts are tight, and use lockwashers or locknuts on all bolts as much as possible. If the bolts are loose, tighten them immediately. 4. Serious damage or looseness of rubber tires may lead to unstable rolling, abnormal air leakage load and damage to the bottom plate, etc. Timely replacement of damaged tires and bearings reduces the cost of downtime due to damaged casters.
5.
